What’s the difference between Frosted and Alchemy bowls?

 

Both are made from 99.9% pure quartz and tuned to 432 Hz for calming and balancing effects, but they differ in design and use. Alchemy Bowls are lightweight, portable, and infused with gemstones and minerals, giving each one a unique energetic signature and high-vibrational tone. They’re ideal for deep healing meditations, travel, and intimate healing sessions. Frosted Bowls are heavier, durable, and produce deep, grounding tones, making them perfect for use in anywhere with individual or group settings, and larger spaces.

How do I play a crystal singing bowl?

Playing a bowl is simple, and with a little practice, it becomes second nature!

1️⃣ Place your bowl on a flat, stable surface (or hold it in your hand if it’s a smaller size).
2️⃣ Use the mallet provided to gently strike the outer rim of the bowl to activate the sound.
3️⃣ To sustain the tone, slowly glide the mallet around the rim in a circular motion.
4️⃣ Let the sound wash over you, and enjoy the experience!

💡 Tip: Go slow and keep even pressure for a smooth, steady tone. It’s less about force and more about flow.

 

How do I care for my crystal singing bowl?

Handling & Storage

  • Always handle with care and avoid dropping or bumping it against hard surfaces.
  • Store your bowl in a padded carrying bag when not in use to keep it safe.

Cleaning

  • Use a soft cloth and mild soap if needed, then dry immediately.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbing to preserve the integrity of the quartz.

What is 432Hz, and why does it matter?

432Hz is a frequency often associated with harmonizing and calming energy. Many believe it helps reduce stress, balance the body, and deepen meditation.

A singing bowl tuned to 432 Hz means that when struck or rubbed, it vibrates at a frequency of 432 cycles per second, producing a sound that is considered by many to be particularly calming and harmonious, often associated with a deeper sense of relaxation and connection to nature, as this frequency is sometimes referred to as a "natural tuning" or "scientific tuning" by proponents of this belief.

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping to the USA, Canada, and the UK.

  • Order Processing Time: Each crystal bowl is made to order so they are created especially for you. Once you complete your order, it typically takes 3–7 business days to prepare it for shipment.
  • Delivery Times:
    • United States: 10–20 business days from shipment.
    • Canada & United Kingdom: 15–25 business days from shipment.
  • Tracking Information: All orders include tracking details, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Depending on your location there may be additional customs charges, taxes and duties required for you to pay as the customer upon delivery.

Refund Policy

All of our crystal bowls are made to order, especially for you. As such we do not accept returns. We only offer refunds in exceptional circumstances in the case of orders that are damaged in transit or in the case that we are not able to fulfill items in your order.
