Order Processing Time: Each crystal bowl is made to order so they are created especially for you. Once you complete your order, it typically takes 3–7 business days to prepare it for shipment.

Delivery Times:

• United States: 10–20 business days from shipment.
• Canada & United Kingdom: 15–25 business days from shipment.

Tracking Information: All orders include tracking details, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.

PLEASE NOTE: Depending on your location there may be additional customs charges, taxes and duties required for you to pay as the customer upon delivery.

All of our crystal bowls are made to order, especially for you. As such we do not accept returns. We only offer refunds in exceptional circumstances in the case of orders that are damaged in transit or in the case that we are not able to fulfill items in your order.
